TERMA & SYARAT PEMBELIAN
Para pelanggan yang dihormati dan dihargai, anda adalah dinasihatkan untuk membaca serta memahami setiap terma dan syarat pembelian sebelum melakukan sebarang pembelian produk Ethereal. Selepas pembelian dilakukan, ini bermakna anda telah bersetuju dengan terma dan syarat tanpa adanya paksaan daripada mana-mana pihak.
- Semua produk yang telah dibeli tidak boleh dikembalikan kecuali berlaku kecuaian daripada pihak kami atau berlaku kerosakan pada produk.
- Selepas pembelian dilakukan, tiada jaminan pulang wang akan diberikan seperti yang termaktub pada fasal (1). Jika kecuaian adalah daripada pihak kami, produk akan diganti semula selepas menerima bukti (gambar atau produk).
- Semua urus niaga adalah dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM) sahaja.
- Pastikan nama, alamat, poskod, kuantiti dan nama produk diisi dengan betul. Pihak kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas kesilapan yang anda lakukan ketika membuat pesanan pembelian.
- Selepas membuat pembayaran, pelanggan tidak dibenarkan untuk membatalkan sebarang pesanan yang telah dibuat.
- Semua produk adalah dijamin sepenuhnya berada dalam keadaan baik sebelum dihantar kepada pelanggan.
- Sekiranya bayaran balik diperlukan, sila berikan butiran pembayaran kepada email@example.com. Prosedur pembayaran balik akan mengambil masa 1 hingga 2 minggu dari hari perniagaan.

- Ethereal beroperasi setiap Isnin – Jumaat 09:00 pagi – 06:00 petang.
- Kami menerima: Master, Visa dan pindahan wang secara online yang disediakan oleh sistem pembayaran online.
- Ethereal tidak mengenakan sebarang caj bagi penggunaan kad kredit. Caj kad kredit adalah tertakluk kepada pihak bank yang anda gunakan sahaja.
- Maklumat peribadi yang anda hantar dikendalikan dengan selamat.
- Butir-butir peribadi dan kad kredit dalam talian adalah sulit. Maklumat ditukar dan tersembunyi di dalam kod untuk menghalang sebarang capaian yang tidak dibenarkan.]
- Pengesahan automatik akan dihantar kepada anda melalui email yang telah didaftarkan.
- Perkhidmatan kurier disediakan untuk Semenanjung Malaysia termasuk Sabah dan Sarawak.
- Tarikh & Masa Penghantaran adalah 3 hari bekerja (Persediaan 1 hari ditambah 2 hari penghantaran) bagi Semenanjung Malaysia dan 4 hari bekerja untuk Sabah dan Sarawak.
- Jika tarikh & masa pembelian jatuh pada hari Ahad dan Cuti Umum, penghantaran akan dilakukan pada hari bekerja berikutnya.
- Sila pastikan nama, alamat dan no telefon yang diberikan adalah sah dan wujud. Sekiranya pelanggan tiada di alamat yang diberikan, pelanggan dikehendaki menuntut barang di hub/pejabat perkhidmatan kurier yang berkenaan.
- CAJ PENGHANTARAN a. Kos penghantaran yang bawah pada RM200 akan dikenakan cas kurier sebanyak RM10
- Bagi Cash On Delivery (COD), temujanji hendaklah dibuat sekurang- kurangnya 24 jam sebelum masa penghantaran untuk mengelakkan sebarang permasalahan.
- Anda juga dinasihatkan agar membaca setiap penafian tentang produk. Ini kerana setiap produk itu mempunyai kesan harmonisasi berbeza bagi setiap individu.
- Segala maklumat peribadi pelanggan akan disimpan untuk kegunaan pada masa akan datang sebagai rujukan dan ianya dianggap sulit dan rahsia.
- Kami berhak untuk mengubah harga, produk, perihal produk dan tawaran istimewa pada bila-bila masa dan mengikut budi bicara kami tanpa sebarang makluman kepada pelanggan.
- Apabila anda membuat pesanan dalam talian, email akan dihantar untuk mengesahkan penghantaran pesanan anda dalam tempoh 24 jam pada hari bekerja.
- Selepas proses logistik selesai, nombor konsainan akan dihantar melalui email anda.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
